Bella Grace Jewelry & Gifts — Local services in Gulfport

I have never left a negative review for a company before on Google or other site but this entire experience has been horrible and my intent is for no one else to have this same experience:

I purchased a pair of 17.5mm Platinum hoop hinged earrings from the Bella Grace LLC storefront on Amazon for my wife for $865.48. (I was initially excited that they were located in the same state as us - #shoplocal #shopsmall).

I purchased them early to ensure they would arrive in time for gifting and a gift receipt was included. The gift receipt stated that if there was a problem to use for return - it did not state anywhere on the gift receipt that there was any policy regarding a timeframe for return or exchange.

My wife receives the gift and unfortunately, the earrings arrived with a broken hinge that was discovered when she tried the earring on upon opening the gift - as a side note, they were also scratched looking and way too heavy for her ears.

She contacted Amazon customer service first and waited for them to contact the seller with the issue and request the refund/exchange, which took some time, and she then contacted Bella Grace LLC directly via email and Amazon to return for a refund OR exchange.

She was instructed that too much time had passed between the purchase and gifting, and unfortunately since she had tried on the earrings at the time of gifting and discovering the broken hinge, they considered them to be worn - her request for any assistance was dismissed with "we wish we had better news."

The $865.48 earrings were BROKEN and inferior upon arrival which should have been the PRIORITY since the gift receipt didn't provide any details about a timeframe for return.

We decided to take the earrings to a VERY REPUTABLE jeweler in Jackson, MS who informed us that they could not state they were even truly platinum because there was no purity stamp on the earrings that could be found - so I paid this exuberant amount of money for a broken product that may very well be fake.

I have never been so disappointed with a purchase, or more so, the complete lack of customer service to correct an issue with an inferior product. In fact, this item cannot even be found as a current offering on their website, which makes me wonder why?

This was an inferior, possible fake product, that was overpriced and not backed by a positive customer service experience but instead dismissed by "policies" that could have been easily waived or adjusted based on the circumstances.

BELLA GRACE LLC ON AMAZON HAS SINCE CLOSED THEIR STOREFRONT and there are negative reviews from people that were having issues with their orders and returns without resolution. I would proceed with caution with purchasing from this company either...

This review is long overdue. My husband and I visited Biloxi and found ourselves in this charming store. I loved so many items. It was hard to choose. I started to talk with a lovely woman about the store and trips I've made to religious places. Then she told me she was the owner and she shared some of the history of the store. After strolling and taking in all the beautiful pieces, I decided to purchase a beautiful Mary statue adorned with jewels. It is gorgeous. I proudly display it in my home and think of our visit every time I see it. As luck would have it, a very special priest was in the store that day and blessed our items. I just had a wonderful experience at Bella Grace. I entered looking to find some appropriate gifts for a grandson who will be making his First Communion. The store had a very nice selection of bibles, prayer aides, catechetical resources, First Communion items, medals, crosses, crucifixes and rosaries. There were also some holy cards, statues and decorative items. Items were appropriately priced. The staff pointed out and explained items which were along the lines of what I expressed an interest. I most appreciated the polite patience of the staff members who stayed with me while I deliberated over two of my items for a very long time.
