I purchased a necklace (more expensive line,$29.99) from this store on August 24, 2025. After wearing it only twice, the clasp broke, which I believe indicates a quality issue. On September 2, I returned to the store with my email receipt to request a return. However, the store manager, Yamyle Garcia, informed me that the item could not be returned because I did not have the original packaging. She referred me to the return policy at the bottom of the receipt, which appears to apply to returns due to a change of mind—not defective merchandise.
