I had an horrible experience! The clerk did not recognize their charms! I was so irritated! My bracelet broke and I was instructed that there was nothing they could do about the broken bracelet unless I had opted for the insurance! However, when I purchased the bracelet, there was no option to insure the bracelet! So now I am left with a broken charm and a broken bracelet the quality of the customer service has gone down considerably! Such a Disappointment because their customer service was always top notch and they have replaced charms and replaced the bracelet if it was damaged or defective! We pay a lot of money for these bracelets and charms and we want to know that you honor these bracelets especially when you have had them prior to the insurance policy! I have 5 bracelets, some were gifts! The pearl, diamond like, the bangle and two of the standard bracelets! I am concerned that if something were to happen to my older bracelets I will just be...

Unpleasant customer service! I hardly spoke 5 words before having to listen to a full minute of the employee running off their “rules”. Her tone wasn’t welcoming at all and I was glad to leave.

BUT - maybe you should consider posting the ridiculous jewelry cleaning schedule online so people are wasting their time coming here. A cleaning takes a few minutes and to restrict when on weekends when most people have the extra free time to get the service done is nothing but inconvenient.

Larger than that annoyance - tell your check in employee to brush up on her people skills. I don’t care that you’ve had to say the same thing 100 times that day - it’s my first visit and first impressions...
