If I could give less than 1, I would. I have never been treated so rudely in a store. I went in to buy a new pair of shoes. I attempted to get the attention of a clerk and they quickly busied themselves with others. (even a few that had already said they did not want any help) I was standing in the shoe area, looking at different styles, comparing them to the shoes I had on. I waited patiently while a clerk help another customer. I made eye contact several times and he kept looking away, never acknowledging me. When he was done, he did not come back to help me and no one else came to the area to help either, so I went to go find him. He made brief eye contact as I attempted to get his attention then be quickly turnd his back and walked away from me. I tried to get the other clerks attention and as I spoke to him, he turned his head tward the ground and walked away refusing to turn around as I continued to ask for help.
