Burlington — Local services in Hamilton Township

I always liked Burlington but last time I was there this past Sat, I had the misfortune of having Janelle as the cashier. It was almost 9 pm and there was only me. She was talking on the phone with someone. Paid no attention to what she was doing. As a result, she scanned every item at least 4 times after consecutive mistakes. She kept on asking me if she scanned this item and so forth. The whole experience was causing me so much anxiety. I was with my child and she could care less that I needed to take care of him and go somewhere else. I'm not sure why she thinks she can talk on the phone with her friends why working if she is not able to multitask. She then asked for back up because a whole line of people was already becoming inpatient. Zero customer service skills, no professionalism, extremely disappointing, and unacceptable behavior/attitude. This is the main reason why I stopped going to the other Burlington closer to me. Actually, lm at the burlington store located it at hamilton Marketplace. Is a new locatio just open. We love to purchase at burlington. Always have a great experience on all burlington l visited. Exept for this location manager just walked to me to tell me not to put some name tags on perfumes plastic covers because the burlington property is taking too much time for me to remove at the cashier. I have a decent time shopping there but a girl named Janelle is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills I called once before and she picked up the phone and sat it down not once speaking to me. She wasn’t capable of helping when I called the store again within 10 minutes of hearing a whole conversation.
