It's no wonder these places can't stay open. I drive 30 minutes because of items they have listed as in stock on their website then wait for another 15 min while the employee lies to another customer about building a PC to be told they don't have the item in stock. If they have time to stand around talking for who knows how long in an empty store then they have time to update their inventory. I don't appreciate wasting an hour round trip and standing around while the employee has a long casual conversation without even acknowledging an actual customer is waiting. It's bad enough the preorders the are selling for consoles aren't for release day. They are such a terrible company with employees that don't care in the slightest. Everything about it is like a normal GameStop. The employee is very helpful. However, it doesn't have any consoles that you can play on as a trial. The games that were pre-owned quite well priced. For example, the video game Shadow of Mordor was only $5. The day I went there was pro day so they were many sales going on which were actually pretty decent. If you are looking for things like Xbox controllers, don't expect too many options. Also, their t-shirts aren't sold in multiple sizes, instead, whatever is in stock is sold. If you were looking to order video games like FIFA 19, they only come at full price (currently). Therefore, you might want to look somewhere else to buy the most recent games. Horrible experience today at 2:00. Went in asked the greasy haired guy at the counter for help and im not sure if he was having a bad day or was just lazy, but i asked if they had an accessory for an item i had and he got such an attitude. He pointed at the wall and said they are over there. I asked him for a little assistance since ive been in the store before and the item i was refered did not work/fit. He proceeds to scoff and without moving an inch he angrily respond by saying they all fit and proceeded too look like he hated working there He seemed like he didnt want to be there let alone help someone who walked in.
