Old Navy — Local services in Hamilton Township

The store is generally really clean and organized. Everytime I've visited my experience was pretty positive related to short lines and clean changing rooms. The staff are typically friendly however they lack essential knowledge on their promotions, coupons, and sales. You must be a savvy shopper and know the store and promotional items to get the deals they advertise. I recommend asking to speak to a manager when in a dilemma regarding what you think the sale is and what the staff thinks, in my experience the managers are pretty knowledgeable and ensure you get the deals you are entitled to.

The staff was particularly helpful when I was shopping at Old Navy today. I asked one person about a certain type of Jean's and he directed me to where they might be. I ended up trying on 3 times as I figured out which jeans were best for me and the person in the fitting room was friendly. When I paid with an old merchandise credit, the assistant manager took time to not o ly help me with my purchase today, but also helped convert another old merchandise credit so I could easily use it in the future. Got a good sale on jeans here and a nice shirt for myself, workers were nice and so was the air temperature. Only thing is when i walked by the mannequin it grabbed my shirt and told me I wasn’t going to fit in it and called me fat and then threw it back at me but im not too sure if it was trying to be mean or just honest so its my fault for the miscommunication! Will definitely go back :)
