Kohls in Hamilton Marketplace has gone downhill! . Their checkout system has changed and everyone with either returns and/or with purchases is pushed through the same checkout line. It is not working! Took over 20 minutes to check out today. If you try to speak to the store manager by phone while waiting online to bring the issue to his attention your call is placed on hold indefinitely. Also the only way to give Kohls Corporste feedback about poor store experience is via web site messaging. If you try to reach a live person in corporate customer service it is nigh well impossible to reach a live person and those you do reach make it clear that they have no authority or means to register your dissatisfaction, Message for Tom Kingsbury, Kohl’s CEO! I am sure that at least half of the 20+ people waiting to get checked out today at your Hamilton Store will, like me, be in no hurry to repeat the Kohl’s in store shopping experience! This was a classic fail in customer service! Mr Kingsbury, have you tried calling one of your stores recently anonymously to see how long your call is placed on hold or had a family member try checking out purchases and reporting back on the experience? I felt like I had a personal shopping attendant working for me and together they help me sign up for a store credit card that saved me an additional 40 percent off. ( I am not computer savvy so this was a chore but they were making it pleasant by being humorous and respectful)
The store is clean, neat and completely stocked. I would recommend this particular Kohls to anyone who is going to work and needs a suits or anything else. Additionally, I would say to go on a weeknight because it was not busy and I was able to buy over $1000 in the merchandise in about an hour. By far the biggest amount of clothing that I ever purchased, maybe in my entire life
I can’t wait to get my Kohl’s cash to get some more stuff so that thousand dollars. I spent is actually $900 In real money.
I wanted to start the new year out right with new clothes and positive attitude. I would definitely vote for Yaz and Livia to be employees of the month at Kohls It’s good to see human beings helping each other and not machines running the system. See you soon

Read moreI went here May 31, 2024. To return an amazon item. There was a caucasian man about 6 feet tall doing the Amazon return the two women that were in front of me. He greeted them very friendly even chitchatted about the weather and yes, they were Caucasian and then it was my turn, he didn't say hello. He said absolutely nothing and then once he was finished processing my return, I said to him thank you and he didn't respond at all, so I said your welcome and enjoy the weekend that's same words he just said to the Caucasian lady in front of me. I said you know this is such a shame to be treated like this. We still dealing with hateful people. To see how friendly he was with the person in front of me then being obviously hateful and rude towards me I will never come to the store again. I will never return my amazon too.
