The food is great, but the customer service is horrible.
I placed an order online Friday evening around 11PM for a birthday party Saturday, delivery was to be 12:45. 3 pepperoni and 3 cheese pizzas and some crazy bread. I placed the order via the app and it was sent to DoorDash for delivery method. 12:45 Saturday rolls around and I go to track our order, it says it’s being delivered at 1:15… 1:15 rolls around and now says 1:30… again 1:30 rolls around and nothing, tracking now says 1:45. I had 27 people at my house for my daughters 2nd birthday party that started at 1PM and nothing to feed them besides chips, fruit, etc. I call the store and it rings, then goes to voicemail. I hung up and tried again, rings and goes to voicemail. I then called Little Caesars support (a number available via Little Caesars tracking) and spoke to a lady who stated that the Dasher reported that the store was CLOSED.
I don’t understand how I was able to place an online order via the app the night before when the store is closed. What’s even more confusing, is we drove down the Pike later that evening (around 7PM) and the store was open…. I understand emergencies happen (if this was the case, since online says they open at 11AM on Saturday’s) but somebody should be monitoring online orders and deny/cancel if the store is unable to open on time. Thankfully we were able to call Pizza Hut and explain our situation and they were able to get us pizzas...
Read moreAshley is the rudest employee I ever dealt with. My order was not there when I arrived and after an hour the pizza tracker still says it’s not ready. Went in and asked where my order was and she said someone else picked it up and it’s not her problem and she is not giving out free pizzas. I told her it’s not free if I don’t have it. Apparently there is no such thing as customer service anymore as I still don’t have my pizza and they took my money.
Update after calling and talking to corporate Ashley called and left a voicemail saying that there was an issue on their end with the system. That’s what I was trying to tell them all along that I didn’t have what I ordered. Still no apology just that there was an issue and that they will be refunding my order. Review remaining at 1 star would have considered editing the stars as well if they did a better job at letting me know it was made right. Maybe I am still upset about being accused of trying to steal a 7...
