I would never do business here again. I had my grandson’s phone screen replaced here. That was done fine, but if you work on phones and notice that his phone is slightly bent and that the phone is very warm when you take it apart . Why wouldn’t you inform the customer that the battery is going to need to be replaced also. Why wait until you put the phone back together and I bring the phone back to you to question why is the phone so warm, that you then tell me oh I need to replace the battery and it will be $80.00 when you could of charged for the battery when you took the phone apart. Also when I went to pay for the service why ask for my name and phone number and then you assume that I was going to pay with a card. Not! Then when the transaction is over I ask for a receipt that took the man about 4 to 5 minutes to generate one. Funny right and after taking my information down right, why I received my receipt and my last name was spelled wrong along with the first two numbers of my cell phone number were wrong. Also there was no mention of a 3 month warranty at all. But it’s listed on the receipt. Wow be careful with this one should...

Peter was a great help & even put on the new screen protector on for me & the first 1 was scratched & he opened a new pack & made sure that it was clean/ fresh n good to go! Customer service means a lot to me especially since I worked in retail sales myself for many many years. I’m also an Army Veteran and they don’t offer Military discount that was the only downfall but possibly in the future if enough of us Soldiers stick together and ask for discounts everywhere we go then maybe just maybe we can make a difference in how our Military is treated!!! Absolutely the best price in town and got my phone screen and back glass done in less than 1 hour! I have a samsung S23 ultra that I cracked pretty well on both sides while working on my basement. Of course I dealt with it for about 2 months, dreading the price for fixing or replacing my phone, thankfully it functioned well but enough was enough when I realized the screen cracks spread to my front camera. Thankfully, I decided to stop in here at Techy on my way out of walmart one day and Peter not only price matched the repair to UfixIt but also offered to get it done quicker!
