Around 8:00 pm I visited the store to order 2 meals. When I placed my order, the Hispanic guy asked me what I would like to order. I said I wanted a Cajun chicken tray. While I'm stating my sides he cut me off to ask me the sides that I wanted. I ordered a bacon wrap and Cajun chicken wrap with a coke. He said is there anything else "sir". I let him know that I'm not a sir and I know that I don't sound like one. I saidbi wanted a double cheeseburger tray with onion rings. He said that they were out of onion rings. I said okay I'll take the Cajun fries with a quesadilla. He asked the drink and I said a ore peanut butter shake. I pulled to the window. The young man said 10.77? I said 10.77? He said yes. I said my order is wrong if thats the amount. When I told him the order, he said the guy got my first order and added the double cheeseburger to it. He went to tell thw Hispanic guy the correct order and he said thats what I ordered and I couldn't order at the window. I said I'm not ordering at the Window because that i ordered at the speaker box. He repeated that I couldn't order at the window. I said cool, where's your manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked him for his name and he said what do you needed it for. Then he said that he couldn't hear me at the speaker box and was putting my correct order in. Singing slick rap songs..like( act up u can get smack up)..my first order was $15.62..paid with a credit card..and my second order was $33.28..i gave her a 20 dollar bill and 3 five dollar bills and 28 cents..she closes the window..comes back with my food..and didn't give me my changed back..she got her manager so I'm telling him exactly what happen..he claims to count the register down and her drawer wasn't short..when I know exactly what i have her..and we seen the young lady count the money twice..so we gave all of the food back..we were given the cooperate number..talked to them and they contacted the general manager..we spoke with her..and told her what happen..she claimed to call us back..and never did..so cook out recieved two of my dollars because the employee can't count back which we learn in the 3rd and fourth grade..if they young lady wasn't trying to be a smart a@%..and know how to count..we would've never had this problem..I would never come back to this location or will I ever suggests anyone to eat her..poor customer services manager on duty and general manager was no help..Employees needs help counting back customers money..We didn't even get a...
Read moreI ordered my food at 11:33pm (double burger tray, chicken quesadilla, and Cajun ranch wrap with a caramel cheesecake milk shake). The lady at the window told me my order was 11.17 then changed it to 10.77. When I arrived at the window the lady was rude and mistakenly said my order was 11.17 again. I corrected her and asked for ranch bbq and cookout sauce. Once she handed me my food she closed the window. She didn’t give me any cookout sauce then I waited for her to reopen the window. I asked for cookout sauce again then she said, “oh we are out”. She could have easily communicated that however I asked for ranch then I left. I arrive home to eat my food to find out my order was wrong. I did not receive my order correctly as mentioned above. Please look at the photo. The lady was rude, showed lack of customer service and integrity, did not communicate properly, unprofessional and could not review my order to ensure that it was correct before giving me just a tray. I would drive back but it’s 15 minutes from my location. Please check your food before pulling off but Cookout please assess your employees and train them properly. I am a unhappy customer. I ordered in the right lane and shared the time to ensure management can look into this.
