1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience

I brought my phone in on Friday to get the screen fixed. I was told it would take an hour. I waited, picked it up, and the phone started overheating almost immediately. I went back Saturday, and they told me the technician only comes after 6 PM. I left my phone there early in the day and called around 4 PM — they said the technician couldn’t make it due to a family emergency and told me to come back Monday.

Out of curiosity, I called on Sunday since they were open. They said the tech “might” be there. I called again — now he wasn’t. Total runaround. I finally showed up Monday, and now they claimed the battery was the problem and wanted another $60, after I already paid $120 for the screen on Friday.

When I asked for a refund or a better solution, the guy was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No ownership, no apology, no accountability. Just attitude.

They made me wait 3 full days, wasted my time, and still didn’t fix my phone properly. I told them the only reason I even came to this store was because of the fake-looking good reviews and now I regret it.

Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, zero communication, and a complete waste of money and time. I wouldn’t trust them with a calculator, let...

I wish I could give them 0 stars I’m already going through a hard time and I’m understanding that other problems can happen when dealing with phones however the Miscommunication and the sense of false hope given is just absolutely horrible I was excited to let anyone who needed there phone repair or fixed to come straight here I even asked for a card however I will NEVER refer them to a soul I already was told a set price and given a phone that doesn’t work and told I’m all good and set off faith and trust I walked out of the store and my phone never turns on I come back to the store to let them know and am told the technician will be back in tomorrow so I leave my phone over night I haven’t received a call all day and had to call at 7:38 to be told my phone is fried (my motherbox to be exact) and to fix it I had to pay another 300 dollars but oh oh oh we will give you 100 off so all together 330 dollars🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ I’m on my way back up there now after telling him to place back my previous screen and refund me on to the next repair shop I go I will not be paying the money here to a place like this!! STAY AWAYYYYYYY PLEASEEEE!!!...

AVOID at all costs. Terrible experience.

I went to the store to have 2 ipad screens fixed. After a day I called back and they quoted a good price for both and said they would be ready to pick up at 7:30 that evening. I told him I would come in the morning. We showed up at 9am when they opened, and the staff did not show up until 9:45. When I said I was there to pick up my items he said oh they’re not ready. We can’t fix them both, and we still haven’t ordered the parts yet.

I asked why I was told they would be ready last night and he just shrugged and said he left work early. I asked for my items back and he handed me both shattered iPads without the cases I brought them in. When I asked for the cases he said he broke them and threw them away. I asked for at least a store bag to carry my items in as they were clearly not handled with respect or returned the way they were dropped off. So disappointed in how disrespectful the young man working was towards us.

Highly recommend you skip this place and go to 5 Star Wireless instead. I wouldn’t recommend this...
