Omaha Steaks — Local services in Hanover Township

Terrible service. I walked in and there were about 4 girls standing at the register. One woman came up and asked if I needed help. I said no, just looking as I never been there before. I look around and I make my selection and go to register. As I stand there these girls are not on the floor anymore. And the one woman helps a customer that walks in as I'm standing there instead of ringing my ONE item up. I wait....I wait. ....wait some more. The lady comes over to get a booklet by the register and goes back to the customer to continue talking to her. Really?! And why are there so many associates for such a tiny shop, yet cant help the 1 customer standing there. Then as I'm walking out the door, I hear her tell the customer 'I asked if she needed help.' Wow, what happened to you guys? Placed 2 orders in Early December to be delivered on certain dates. One delivered no problem, other one has been a trainwreck and now probably won't be delivered by Christmas, it was supposed to be delivered last Monday/Tuesday, didn't happen. When I called to check (after waiting 60 minutes on the phone). Said there was a fraud alert on my card (flagged by bank). Easy fix, delivery is supposed to be tomorrow. IT NOW SHOW'S CANCELLED! WAY over priced, for nothing special. If their steaks were better then what can be had from Giant or Wegmans then I could maybe see someone spending 28$/lbs. But, they're not. It's regular steak, not black angus or anything even remotely along those lines! They wanted 90$ for a DOZEN bacon wrapped scallops! You can make your own dozen for easily under 30$!
