Let's chat about the female employee with the tattoos, black hat, and bad attitude problem who was working yesterday 9/26/22, around 5:45/6:00pm when my friends and I came to pick up our online order yesterday! Waiting 30+ minutes for food that the app said was done 20+ min ago, then having this girl, roll her eyes, give us attitude, and whisper and mumble things to her coworkers, all while glaring at us. None of us were rude to her, simply asked if she had any idea where my friends food order was because my other friend and I got ours already and walk-in customers were all getting their food, yet my friend was just getting nasty stares and eye rolls. On top of that, a guy walks in with take out food boxes from another restaurant, hands them to this same girl, and her and 2 other workers disappeared to the back, meanwhile my friend still hadn't received her food. I'm assuming the black hat means this girl is a lead or something? If that's the case, do better Five Guys, she is the single worst customer service worker I've ever encountered lol. Wish I would've got her behavior on video so corporate could see what they're paying her to do. I'll make sure everyone knows how careless and disrespectful this location is, and how Five Guys thinks it's okay to treat customers like trash. Read moreSo today, I did a curbside pick up for a burger and fries. I decided to do curbside pick up because I wasn’t feeling too well and didn’t want to risk breathing on anyone. So when I arrived at the location, parked in the lot and clicked on the link that was sent to me to let the restaurant know I was outside. The app told me that the food was done at 12:20. I arrive at 12:22. I’m prepared to wait a few moments of course. I waited in my car for about 15-20 minutes and nobody ever brought my food out. I ended up having to call into the restaurant and let them know I was outside and the employee still did not offer to bring me my food even though I requested curbside pick up. The employee told me I needed to come inside and get it. So I turned off my car and walked inside. There was multiple employees standing around somebody could have brought me the food outside to me. I walked up to the counter and the women across the Counter basically threw me the bag to rush me away. So now my food has been sitting there for over 20 minutes since nobody decided to bring me my food to the car. The food was very cold. I’m very disappointed in the food in and. The service that I was provided today. Why do they have the option for curbside pick up if nobody’s gonna bring it...
