Cadillac Nails — Local services in Haring Township

I have always gone somewhere else.. took a chance after asking how my friends liked it.. 1.we were walk ins so we expected to wait. The man greeted us. Said 20-30 minutes we say that’s fine it was a busy Sunday. Pick out my daughter & little sister’s colors and sit down. Reading there prices. I get the price figured out. I’m thinking 60 total as I’m getting a pedi and so is my mother. & 2 little manicures at $5 each.. boy was I wrong.. My 3 year old was excited looking at her polish in the bottle waiting her turn & it fell out of her hand and split into 2 pieces. She instantly felt bad I apologized, offered to clean it up & pay for the bottle of polish. As my child dropped it and broke it. She is 3 years old and they picked at her. She didn’t even want to leave my lap after that. Expecting Deluxe pedis... I inform them I cannot have the lavender as I’m highly allergic and will die. So I’m informed I can’t have a deluxe because they have no other scrubs. I just get a basic pedicure. Okay fine. My mom still is getting the deluxe.. wrong she also got a basic pedi. (Ties cleaned, cuticles pushes and removed, heels scrubbed, throw some lotion on the legs) call it good. Now at this point I’m irritated. As I’m asking both nail techs the price of what my moms toes will cost total, along with mine to consider getting a full set.. never gave me a price until I was paying to leave as I was irate. I asked for a bright yellow polish. & a flower for my big toes... Nope I got a burnt yellow. That looks like my toe nails are stained.... & no design like I asked for. My child’s nails peeled off 10 minutes after leaving... & she cried. I was hoping for good service since most of my friends with daughters my daughters age love that place. I cannot say the same after dropping 80$ on 2 basic pedis and 2 $5 manicures when I can usually pay much less and leave satisfied.

Only reason they are getting a 2. Is because my mom’s shellac toes came out fair. There was polish on her skin. But who charges 20$ just for a gel polish.. so 25 for the basic pedi plus 20 extra...

Disclaimer to this review if you decide to go here we REALLY loved Khai. He was so detailed and amazing. If you choose to go here be sure to ask for him. We had an appointment at 3pm today for 3 dip manicures. Many disappointing things occurred. First, we didn’t leave until 5:50pm. It took SO long. Secondly, one of us got tips and the tips were not even attached to the nail. There were obvious gaps and some of the nails also were not fully covered in top coat. We brought this to one of the techs attention and he said it was just the shape of the tips (I’ve never seen this). He offered to fix it but after being there for 3 hours we did not want to be there another hour + so I said we’d prefer to just not have to pay for such a poor set of nails. He then told me that was “bull shit” and aggressively told my sister to sit down and that he just take them off. We refused as he was very abrasive and also did not have time for that. I felt this was very unprofessional. He did end up apologizing in passing at the end and Khai fixed the top coat and was very apologetic but either way I’m not sure we’ll...

Not impressed. Made an appointment for two pedicures, for my sister and I, and three manicures for my daughter and her friend for Saturday at 1. My sister and I got right into the pedicure chairs. My sisters pedicure began 20 mins before mine did. And they were finished at the same time. It took 10 mins for mine. I paid $27 for my toes to be painted essentially. They were just going to paint my daughters and her friends nails because they were so busy, and I was like no... we want 2 manicures, that was what I made appointments for. They did both girls by switching them back snd forth in one chair. It took about 20 mins to do both of them. It cost me $97 for all 4 services and they were garbage. I didn't even get a second coat of polish on my toes. Guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏼‍♀️

Edited to add: they use latex gloves! If you are highly allergic, stay away! I had to ask for non latex gloves, but he had already touched my water with the latex, and I didn't even think about it. I ended up with a rash on my feet and legs.
