We were traveling through the region from northern to southern Michigan on Christmas. Upon arrival at 3:45 PM we didn't realize that the lobby closed at 3 PM. We wanted to go in and pick up our order and were disappointed we couldn't. Thankfully the drive thru was open until 4 PM. When we pulled up we were greeted with a worker that seemed not too thankful to be there. She smiled but it was a smile that said I can't believe you'd bother me on Christmas Eve. We were handed our order and we proceeded to look through it. There were no forks and no drinks given. We asked for these items and you'd have thought we were asking for someone to massage our feet. I even said with a smile, "Merry Christmas!" but received nothing in return. The worker was also wearing PJ's. Is that standard issue Qdoba attire?
Once back on the highway, we dug into the food. My burrito was completely wrong. The wrong meat, ingredients missing and others added incorrectly. Not the standard that Qdoba should keep.

The burrito bowl that they gave to us was barely even anything, about the size of a sandwich at McDonald’s.... off the kids menu. It was almost as if they’re rationing because they have no food left. For the amount of money we pay for it, that’s not acceptable. They use to be a good size. We also asked for chips for all three of our items and they failed at giving us any. That is very frustrating as I had already driven home and I had not wanted to waste more gas money to drive all the way back. Read moreThe food here is always great as its my usual go to when i go to town, I've never had an issue with service as they're usually easy to talk to but this time around I asked to possibly upgrade my meal from a small chip to a medium but they told me it's not possible so I agreed to pay separately for the drink and chips/Salsa. I thought she heard me say Salsa but didn't but when I went to make sure I had it and clarify that I did paid for both chips and salsa she just had an attitude, remarking that she only charged me for the chips. Which is okay, I told her I could pay for it but instead she rolled her eyes, asked for a 4 ounce and gave it to me.
