Starbucks — Restaurant in Haring Township

Ok, so me and my boyfriend come in there quite regularly and get the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, the best part?...the chocolate peices (or java chips) on more than one occasion, (over 5, maybe they forget, or probably more accurately, pure laziness) we have gotten them without the java chips. And i can tell u from experience that it is definitely not the same, doesn't taste the same, and to be honest, not very good at all without them. Couldnt even drink mine. Anyway, so my boyfriend goes through the drive thru a half hr ago and when they hand him his drink, he realizes that it doesn't have java chips in it, and asks if he can get them added, and instead of apologizing and adding them, she argues with him that it doesn't change the flavor. WHAT?!? Make it right, do ur job and stop being lazy. We don't pay 6 bucks for a coffee, for it to be made wrong, and then argued with. Wish he had gotten the employees name to be honest. I have made it a point now, to ask when I order if theyre gonna have the java chips in my Frappuccino, and every single time, they sound confused and say "if its made right, it will" well, someone who works there, obviously doesn't know how to make them, as it happens to us ALL THE TIME. once, I could get over, but, multiple times?!? And if it wasnt for this employees rude behavior, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. Management should probably have a word with said employee. My wife and daughter went on Sunday at around 4pm. My daughter ordered a frufru drink and my wife was looking for just a hot black coffee. She looked at the 3 coffee containers that they normally get the hot coffee from and noticed the signs for what they were brewing that day were pikes place, the regular Christmas blend and Christmas blonde. My wife asked for the Christmas blend. The girl at the counter told her they weren’t brewing it. My wife told her the sign says they are. The girl asked what sign. When my wife pointed it out, the girl turned around and looked and said oh, no we never brew any of that. She also proceeded to tell my wife that they didn’t have any brewed and that she could do a pour over of pikes, a blonde or a dark. That was it. Couldn’t do a pour over of the Christmas blend. So my wife opted for the pikes place. Meanwhile, they heated up a pastry they bought, made my daughters special drink plus the drinks of people behind them in line before getting my wife’s simple hot coffee to her. Totally unacceptable. And why would you display coffee that you weren’t brewing and according to the girl at the counter, that you never brew? And why wouldn’t you sell cups of hot Christmas blend during this time...

The worst Starbucks you could ever visit. I’m from out of state visiting a friend and I’ve visited this store for five days straight hoping that one of the days they would get our order right. (I ordered the same drinks each time) THEY NEVER ONCE GOT THE DRINKS RIGHT! I had to send back the drinks each time and the attitude I got from the ladies working was absolutely terrible. No apologies, they tried telling me “that’s how the drink is made” im a former employee of Starbucks. I know the recipes. They also aren’t aware of allergies I’m guessing because I asked for coconut milk and they used nonfat. When I asked to have them fix it they put it back in the same cup. I only know this because it had the same sticker on it. Big no no. Please continue to buy local at Java or Bigby, at least until Starbucks can figure out what...
