Update: Got things simi figured out to the point where the dostrict mananger worked with me to use as much of my credit as possible but it had to be on one object and it could be fully paid off because i nolomger wanted payments anymore i couldnt afford it and didnt want to deal with it because i feel like i was owed my 2500 in products and then i settled on an entertainment stand and tv comb that was just below 2500 and now all of a sudden the store doesnt know anythinf about it and will only proceed if i complete my order and continue payments because they could only use my credit to pay off some of an object keeping me in payments Ive been paying off an electric bike that has has problems ever since I got it and haven't gotten to ride it at all and then I had to call about my account and then found out about the fact that they couldn't do anything except give me in-store credit but didn't once stop taking payments...
Read moreI previously picked out a miniature sectional with a sleeper that was listed on the online inventory, and I believe the man that called me to inquire furthers name was Chris. He made it a point to check out the piece of furniture before giving me a shout and let me know that the condition of that sofa was not up to standards as it was previously rented and not suitable for a family with a child. At that time I came in to the store to physically see what was in stock and available where Chris informed me of the current sales and specials being ran and helped me find the perfect couch for my space. Read moreFrom the start I purchased a sofa that was broken, it took them over a year to resolve the problem, I had to be the one to keep communicating as they never called me back. I also purchased a stove , the one they brought was not what I picked out and it has been two years and still no change. A tv broke within a week of being paid off. On top of all that they tell me a payment is due on a certain date and then try to pull it two days earlier. Poor customer service, poor communication, and lies. I will not be purchasing anything from them...
