Taco Bell — Restaurant in Haring Township

If I could give a zero star I would . On 11/9 I went there about 7:30 pm … they were busy I give them that . However I gave my order filled my pop and patiently waited for my food . Three other people came in behind me and ordered food . In the mean time I watched them put my food in a bag . I waited 20 minutes and heard a lady in the back tell the guy at the counter that the fryers were down a piece of my order needed the fryer . A minute goes by and she says it’s up again. In the mean time a couple other people come in they order and apparently they are friends of people in the back well another 10 minutes have gone by and I’m trying to be patient but am very irritated at this point as they let there friends know the fryer is down yet again . In total at this point my food had sat on the counter for 30 minutes. Finally some ask me my name and they decide then to tell me the fryer is down frustrated I say that’s fine give me a refund for what’s supposed to be fried and give me my dam food . They refund me for the fryer item and still continue to serve two more people fresh food before handing me a bag of food I watched sit on the counter for 35 minutes. Of course I’m pissed and I say thanks for the food that’s been sitting on your counter for 35 minutes and the lady in the back says real rude and sarcastic hope you have a good night . Of course I’m just fed up so I leave and take the 35 minute old food because I’ll be dammed if I stand there for another 30 minutes waiting for them to remake my food …. I'll start this off by saying there was plenty of staff on site the day me and my wife went. Mid-day, Sunday, not many customers. Because you know companies these days LOVE using the excuse they were "short-handed" for everything. The staff seemed pretty chatty standing just out of sight.

Place was filthy. Trash overflowing. See the pics. The silverware was wet for some weird reason.

Ladies room was out of toilet paper, so my wife had to go to the men's room. You know how long it takes to go through 2 of those huge industrial size TP rolls?? The whole checklist saying they check every 30 minutes is just a bunch of forged signatures.

Ordering here, I paid for a large meal, only to find out they were out and could only give me medium. But they kept the money and wouldn't refund it.

Food quality, missing ingredients for a 5 layer burrito. Hard to believe you can't count to 5, but that's ok. Some people can't at taco bell I guess. Chalupa seems like it was thawing... Sour cream and shredded cheese was a very cold, and stiff blob concoction.

Could of possibly had these issues of food and ordering rectified, if there was a manager on site. Or if the rest of the staff would work and not chat out of site.

We love Taco Bell and eat here often but I'm absolutely exhausted trying to get a correct food order. We order on the way to the ball field and once I park I can't go back. If I order a quesadilla with light sauce they put EXTRA. This has been going on for 2 years! It feels very intentional at this point. Ordered one for my 2 yo last week and got to the field and she couldn't eat for 2 hours because it had too much sauce on it so it had to be thrown out (way too spicy) so the next day I specified "this is for a toddler please make sure it's LIGHT sauce" and she got NO SAUCE. So today I think I figured it out and I order the sauce ON THE SIDE. Yep that'll solve it. Nope! Get to the field and the wrapper says "no sauce" and there's literally no sauce. My mil's has one whole end empty and sauce pouring out all over the place. So I guess from now on we sit in the drive through and check all our food.

Eya- 7-30-23 about 2 weeks ago they managed to get the sauce in the bag!
