Culver’s — Restaurant in Haring Township

Very incompetent.... I went there few days ago and ordered three kids meals and my meal and they hand me four kids meals and I let them know that they messed up and they charged me anyways and then gave me coupon for a extra value basket meal. So I went today to use the coupon and I ordered 1 value basket meal, with cheese curds, and a drink which I explained I want Mountain Dew mixed with Sierra Mist and no ice and so they gave me one medium Mountain Dew and one medium Sierra Mist and then they charged me 6 dollars after that and it was supposed to be one meal but charged me and gave me too and one with fries.... they need to learn how to listen to the person and covering there order..... I will not come back here after today because every time they mess up and charge me more then what...

Has been my favorite, not fast food, fast food chain going on for at least a decade now. They've got everything you can expect to find at a place that has Burgers and French Fries! Including Items that were pleasantly stumbled upon once I started actively making sure to try something that I've yet to order. This is because one of the ways my ADHD presents is through my Specific Food Fixations: A unique aspect of ADHD is hyper-fixating, on certain foods. This could mean a strong preference for particular textures or flavors, often at the exclusion of others. Which I feel has somewhat hindered my overall quality of life experience. This is by far the worst Culver’s I have been to. Literally ever. I spent over $50 here, buying 5 kids meals, and two dinner meals, just for my husband to get home, and realize that nothing we ordered was in our bags. He had looked quickly at the drive thru but didn’t like open boxes to investigate. He got home about 9:15pm, and the Culver’s closes at 10pm, I called quickly and the lady told me I could either come back in before they close, or they would send me a $5 coupon in the mail. Highly recommend you check your orders before leaving at all! I’m not usually one to complain, but Culver’s is by far cheap, and I just can’t believe a manager would offer us $5 off rather than tell us we could come in even the next day to get it fixed. Enjoy...
