Horrible, just horrible! I rented a truck, got sick and couldn't return on time, called the store to see what they could do to help....never got a return call, then I went back for my money and the crooks charged as much as they could. And then to make matter worse when I got upset about it, the 2 employees started arguing and swearing at me, and when I refused to leave they threatened to call the police because I was trespassing. Do not use these CROOKS for anything, not UHaul or rent to own furniture! I will NEVER use them again and will NEVER...

Most terrible experience ever. Gave them my bank card and they rang it up as a return. Then doubled it for my rental only to find out i do not get my return for 5 to 7 days. Why should i have to go without my funds for that amount of time, $332.25 to be exact plus double to rent machine. Hard pull on my checking for $665.75 to make things right on Universal's end. Owner gets paid, he doesn't care. Bush league business practices. Never do business with these...

Terrible! first, I reserved a 15ft truck for 29.99. went to pick it up and they didn't check the reservations and gave my truck away. then they told me they would give a bigger truck for the same price, all in all I paid 102.65 because they charged me normal rate and a bunch of extra fees, like .79 cents a mile, than they charge me 4.50 a gallon of gas!! why am I paying by the mile when you charge double for a gallon of gas?! do not rent from here you will...
