Nan's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Harlem Township

Very disappointed in this store. Back in July I put in an order for a Wish List item that would be available in Oct. When I went to pick it up they said they hadn't received it. I should wait a week or so and if I didn't hear anything I could come in and purchase the item if it was still available in their inventory. This seems like a pretty shoddy way to do business. If I were them I'd have had me purchase one in stock and if and when mine came in they could put it in stock. I don't think they ever placed the order. It was the 30th ornament in the series I purchase every year for my son. I won't be hurrying back to Nan's anytime soon that...

First time EVER THAT I CAN SAY IN 40 YEARS I HAVE HAD THE WORST SERVICE. THE 2 GIRLS ONE WITHOUT A NAME TAG THE OTHER Alyssa were rude. No hi can I help you. Asked about the free ornament THAT I COULD NOT GET BECAUSE THE STORE DIDNT HAVE THEM YET ARE NOW SOLD OUT. ALYSSA WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE. MY BAG WAS SHOVED UNDER THE PLASTIC INSTEAD OF BEING BROUGHT AROUND AND NOT EVEN A THANK YOU! I GUESS THIS STORE NO LONGER NEEDS...

I just came at 8pm on a Thursday only to find the doors are locked, but the hours posted say 9am-8:30pm everyday expect Sunday. The emoloyee noticed I was looking to get in, and instead of saying she’s closing early, she goes ahead and turns off the light instead. Looked like an older woman....
