Very disappointed in this store. Back in July I put in an order for a Wish List item that would be available in Oct. When I went to pick it up they said they hadn't received it. I should wait a week or so and if I didn't hear anything I could come in and purchase the item if it was still available in their inventory. This seems like a pretty shoddy way to do business. If I were them I'd have had me purchase one in stock and if and when mine came in they could put it in stock. I don't think they ever placed the order. It was the 30th ornament in the series I purchase every year for my son. I won't be hurrying back to Nan's anytime soon that...
