We have purchased many items from this company while visiting the island, but I recently wanted to get my husband a bracelet that we saw on our last trip but did not purchase at the time. I needed it pretty quick for a surprise birthday gift for him in just a couple of days. I emailed them to see if it could make it to me in time for his birthday (we live in Seattle) and Linda was so quick to respond and said she would hand take it to the post office herself the next morning to make sure it got to me ASAP. It arrived right on schedule and I cannot be happier! You all are the best, especially you Linda! I will purchase from this company for a very long time. I wish all retailers had the same level of customer service that Blue Water Fantasies...
