I feel bad writing this review because I donāt want to be THAT person. I am a Barista myself so I understand that mistakes and confusion tend to happen but this location is bad. This is the only starbucks location I have been to that is guaranteed to mess up my order every. single. time. Wether itās using the wrong milk, making the wrong size, or forgetting to add the flavor, they mess up my (very simple) drink every time. Again, I understand that accidents happen and things get crazy (especially during busy hours) but itās wrong every time. Which honestly, I donāt mind. My main problem with this location is their unwillingness to correct their mistakes or make it right. They frequently give me a smaller size than I ordered. The first time this happened I asked for a receipt to show that I didnāt pay for a larger size than I received. The barista audibly scoffed at me and says āI know you didnāt pay for a bigger sizeā I always get my drinks made with oat milk and today the label didnāt say oat, and it didnāt look or taste like oat milk. I went inside the store to have it remade. The manager (iām assuming) asked the barista to remake the drink and the barista very rudely says to me āI made it myself I know for a fact itās oat milkā I ask to have it remade just to be safe. After all of this, the barista forgot to add the flavor and I was still unhappy with what I received. But at this point itās not even worth asking to be fixed because of the baristas attitude. Again, I donāt care how many times they mess up my order, or how long the wait is. My issue is that they are always snarky and sassy when I kindly and politely ask for my drink to be remade. Although there are two baristas here that always make my drink right and are always very friendly to me. Justin and Maycee are both great. Again, if they could simply be kind and understanding when my drink is wrong, I would be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used a "sorry you got a bad service card" from another location ($4, one-time use card that you can't register. It's says it is right on the card) For my drink and point for a cake. The guy was kind but double charged me. The shift manager reversed it and recharged me when I should not have been charged. So they gave me another $4 card, even though they charged me over that much, owning me a balance. I'm not going to argue over a bit of change.
BUT, I went for a refill of cold brew, and the new shift tried to charge me full price. I clarified its a refil, and the short blonde/grey haired girl just stared at me. I told her Starbucks gives a free refil for cold brew, iced, and hot coffees. Another person brought my drink up, and the cashier just kept staring and said "ok".
They were also doing maintenance, installing shelves or something. I had to leave because the noise was insanely loud. How rude on both accounts.
Train your staff better and do your services after hours when there aren't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlways the most apathetic service here. The location manager must do a very poor job of training or communicating a service oriented attitude to the staff. I just actually witnessed this: A customer waited more than five minutes for a Frap in a nearly empty store. The staff were doing busy work so she stepped forward and asked if they'd forgotten her order. "Oh, we'll get that right out" but kept working without an apology. 3 minutes later she stepped up again and they still hadn't started it, but had continued loading/cleaning whip cream guns. Finally the Frap was placed on the counter and the customer's name called. It was then that the staff noticed that the customer had left without her $5 Frap. One member of the staff then mocked her with facial gesticulations as if she'd been unreasonable. I hope the customer reached out to corporate with...
