Uintah Fireplace and Design — Local services in Heber

I have had a steller experience with uinta fireplace. Alex performed the repairs that were needed and went above and beyond to clean my fireplace and make it look and work like new. Alex was on time , friendly, knowlegable and spent the time to show me what he did and explain how to operate the fireplace. I highly recommend this company! It was a pleasure to do business with them . Also when calling the office they were always responsive to my calls and scheduling ..polite and professional ....

We love our new fireplace! We are less pleased with Uintah Fireplace. Uintah contracted out the service to demo the old mantel and do the finish work. The communication was inconsistent between Uintah and the contractor, and that made the process frustrating for us. What is worse, is that when the contractor, Glen Burton, charged more for his work than Uintah put in the estimate, Uintah did not honor the estimate and we had to pay more. I would not do business...

The fireplace at our new house was not working. It really just needed to be serviced, not repaired, thankfully! Uintah Fireplace were awesome. Easy to set up a time for them to come out, and responded right away. Alex was friendly, informative, professional, and on time. He did a great job and gave me a refresher on how to operate the fireplace ( it had been several years since I had one.)...
