This is a nice location to walk to and relax. There is tons of shade to cool down the summer heat and plenty of seating to stop and cool down on. There were some pretty birds including this picture of a male Scarlett Tanger, he was way up in a tree so this was the best I could do at that distance. There are also your common finches, pigeons, cardinals, and even a few buzzards flying high in the sky. Once it's dusk there will be batts flitting about especially over the river. There are swings, a huge gondola, and benches available to relax on. Watch the squirrels bury their acorns and grab a ice cream or coffee at the nearby shops to sit and relax.
