Read moreWe will NEVER go back to this place! They have horribly long lines, for starters. Do you know why? They are incredibly inefficient. When the carts come down the mountain, they don't automatically come back to the start. This means that the workers have to LEAVE the loading area, walk up to the unloading area, and PUSH the carts back to the loading area! Are you kidding me??!? Stupid!
And speaking of the workers, some looked normal (albeit lazy), but a few of them looked dumpy and sloppy, wearing baggy jeans with big holes. They looked like they didn't give one hoot about being there or about being any sort of professional employee. And they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than anything else. No sense of urgency at all to get people on and off. No wonder there is always a long wait! When we checked the first time, it was 2.5 hours so we came back much later and it was still 1.5 hours.
I also do NOT trust these non-caring workers to be aware of the customers' safety with this high speed ride. Not for a second. NOT WORTH IT.
Also, they force you to leave your purses and phones in their lockers which they charge you $1.00 for. Then we STILL saw some women who were allowed to take their purses AND phones! No consistency at all with their rules. And if you have long hair, you are required to put it in a bun, but they don't tell you this until AFTER you are in line, without your purse (where you probably have hair ties)! Stupid!
My last gripe is that one of the workers stands there with a microphone and a silly little party speaker, barking the rules at you while you are in line. No one is listening to, nor hearing, the rules. Stupid.
We have been on many mountain coasters in our time, and this one completely SUCKS. So frustrating. So disappointing. And terribly mis-managed. I don't know who owns this joint, but they need to take class in how to run a business.
We will...
Read moreIf you have two to three hours to waste, and like standing in the hot sun, this place is for you! The ride itself was fun for the 90 seconds it lasted, but I will never stand in the line again. We went on Saturday, 6/7/25 and there were two lines: the one on the right is the "ride" line, and the left one is the "wrist band" line. There are no signs explaining this, and no employees directing anyone so there was some confusion. It wouldn't have been so bad except for the several inconsiderate families that figured out how to "skirt" the system. They would have one person stand in the ride line while the rest of their party was getting wrist bands. We were standing behind one person in the ride line and next thing I knew that one person turned into fifteen! Multiply that by four more families doing the same thing and you and your family are stuck standing in the same spot of sun for two hours! I figured they were short staffed or they would've had someone at the gate regulating the crowd, but I was wrong. When we got close to the area to get on the coaster there were at least 10 employees standing around. Well, not all were "standing around". Four of them were spaced several feet apart and their job was to check our seatbelts...every two feet. 🤦🏼♀️ And there was one guy sitting on a bench with his eyes closed...I think his job was to help people get off the ride. I guess he didn't think people needed help. 😒 This operation would run so much smoother and faster if they would get organized and have employees actually work and delegated to certain areas. Was I glad I did it? Sure, it was a fun 90 seconds! Would I pay $17 a person and wait 2 and 1/2 hours to do it again? Absolutely not! I hope other people had better experiences...
