Twice Daily — Local services in Hendersonville

Tonight (Aug 30 8:55pm)I went to Twice Daily at 267 Indian Lake Road, Hendersonville TN 37075 to order BOGO MTO Snacks. I ordered a pretzel and corn dog. Placed my order using the app. About 1 min later my order was canceled.  I went in and went to the pick up order counter, told the girl ...sitting and on her phone.. that my order was canceled. She barely looked up and said "yeah, we ain't got a cook". Okay.....

The grill or whatever was supposed to be open for 50 more minutes. And a 4 year old can heat up a corn dog. And I know the pretzels are probably frozen too. Geez, what a laziness. That locations creditability drastically changes after 8pm. Do better! I'm going elsewhere...

Two days in a row on top of numerous others times of stopping here too. Seemingly, this place never has any sweet tea or unsweet tea and I understand that it runs out fast, but check in with QT down the road in greenbrier - somehow, they always have it and they’re ten times busier. If nothing else, keep a couple of coolers made in the back so you can just switch them out as needed and then make more in the back as you get the chance. This is not that hard folks. Stopped here yesterday and was looking for help setting up your 5 cents off shell account but nobody could help...

Do not get gas here. The absentminded cashier put my $50 on the wrong pump because she heard the wrong number. Maybe pay attention to your customers instead of looking around. Another customer pumped my gas and they will not offer me my money back until the ignorant manager views the video tape at his earliest convenience……basically they called me a liar. The employees were already talking about the error prior to me coming back into the store. The likelihood of me getting my money back is most likely slim to none because that’s money in their pocket. I WILL NEVER SHOP...
