I have been suffering with severe feet pain over the last month. I have bought 4 pair of shoes trying to find the perfect pair that would withstand working 13-14 hour shifts working as a Nurse who never sits down during the shift. I was getting worried that something major was wrong with my feet to the point that I wouldn't be able to do the job I love so much. I was recommended by a therapist to try the Good Feet store and while reading several reviews that mentioned they were way overpriced and recommended to try the Fleet Feet store instead. So after reading the reviews on Fleet Feet I figured I would give it a try. And I am so glad I did. Cathy was AMAZING! She scanned my feet and gave the perfect explanation why my feet were feeling the way they were. I thought I had bought the perfect shoe and the only thing I got right was the size, LOL.. Ćathy showed me 3 shoe options to try and I felt INSTANT relief with the 1st pair. The 2nd one was rather comforting as well but nothing compared to the 1st pair. She also gave me a couple options of inserts and I found the perfect one. I felt like my gait was more balanced while walking and my feet felt like I was walking on air. Oh the roller ball was also AMAZING and I will be using every morning before work and after work. Now I'm not dreading going to the job that I have loved doing over the last 30 years and that is being a Nurse..so my fellow Nurses out there PLEASE go see Cathy at Fleet Feet in Hendersonville (Indian Lake) location. I PROMISE you will NOT regret it and your feet will never fail you ever again!!! Thank you so much Cathy! You have me as a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible service! Iāve never been treated so poorly there. Even on days when they are busier than today. Today they were telling people there was a waitlist then skipping over customers who were on the list to help people who just walked in. Turns out they were helping people based on appearance and if they thought they had the money to buy or if they had a body of a runner and the conversation between the lady working the front desk and one of the staff confirmed it. She has made a comment to one of the staff that they had skipped a couple of people and the staff member straight up said that he figured the people they skipped didnāt look like they would seriously buy. A business like this shouldnāt make assumptions based on appearance. Those people, myself included may have had every intention of buying numerous pairs of shoes and or accessories to go with the shoes. After being told repeatedly that I was next and then proceeding to help numerous people who walked in after me, I left. I have shopped there numerous times over the years and have purchased all my running shoes and every pair of my sonās tennis shoes from them. Not anymore. I may not look like a runner but I was at one time and I was there to buy a bunch of gear to get back into running. But I wonāt be doing so here I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHelpful and knowledgeable staff, excellent selection! Fleet Feet has been my go to running supply store for a decade and doesnāt let me down. Everyoneās feet are different, so having the 3D scan and stride pressure maps means you only get recommended/offered shoes that actually fit your feet, instep and arch included, not just length. After trying on a half dozen pairs I ended up in the new model of the same shoes Iāve been running in (Mizuno Wave Inspire) for years, but it was so useful to test out the other options and make sure my āgo-toā is still the best move for my feet, since both the shoes and feet can change over time (and my left big toe was broken last year). Special shout-out to Feetures socks, which absolutely rule and I first got at FF ten years ago! Iām only a little sad they donāt have the exclamation point anymore. Hopefully the SKYxFF socks will come in more options (mini/half crew please???)...
