I have been eating here for years my family come into the restaurant 2-3 times a month and I order through uber eats 1-2 times a month. But today I was shocked at the poor service from the staff... every employee I came into contact with but two were rude and standoffish :( they seemed bothered by the fact I was ordering. the thing that pushed me to the point of writing this review was one boy in particular. As I was paying holding cups and my toddler he sat down my try (with four plates of food, extremely full tray) he said to me "good luck with that"... good luck with that? If you see a customer has thier hands full and think them having a tray so full its practicality spilling over may be an issue why not offer to help me or even have said nothing at all.. the reason I find this so bothersome is I have always had help taking food to the table if needed or even brought directly to the table. The comment was rude, unnecessary, and shows a complete lack or work ethic. After 5 years of being a regular and always seeing happy and smiling faces behind the counter I am extremely put off right now by it all. I would like to thank the blond girl with the snake tattoo and the shorter girl with long brown wavy hair who was working register. Thank you for being pleasant and making me feel welcome not like a bother. I would leave 1 star BUT the food was delicious and I've never had an issue...

The quality of the Hendersonville location has gone down greatly. This use to be our favorite restaurant, visiting at least once a week, but unfortunately things have changed. The chicken is kept in water or some other liquid I guess to keep it from drying out. Previously, the servers would always squeeze out as much liquid as possible when putting in your dish, but they no longer do that. It goes directly from the serving dish to your dish, liquid and all. Who wants water all in their burrito bowl or a soggy quesadilla? I have to ask them each time to make sure they do that. Most are happy to comply, but it’s very obvious that they are no longer trained to do so. On top of the watery chicken issue, there’s the issue with food quality in general. There have been multiple instances of brown lemons, limes, and lettuce. This is not a case of a few brown products slipping through the cracks, but of the entire selection being brown. This is happening more and more and it’s gross. How can the leadership of this location be allowing this to be served over and over again? Many restaurants have been having staffing and supply shortages, but that should only effect wait times and limited selections. It does not excuse...

The girls there were so lovely! All very kind and super quick. I do feel like I owe a public apology to one of the girls who made my burrito. She asked if I wanted chips and a drink, and I said no. As my order was being rung up, the girl at the register asked if I wanted chips and a drink, and my rumbling stomach decided that chips were a go. When she checked the bag to see if there were any in there, I made direct eye contact with the girl who made my burrito, who had a look of unmistakable betrayal! She had just asked, and I declined. It made her look like she forgot my chips! I just want to say, she didn't! She didn't forget the chips!
