ProSource Plumbing Supply — Local services in Hendersonville

We are again building a new home (crazy). As Many know the choices and minute decisions can drive you crazy. This morning we went to ProSource in Hendersonville to pick out kitchen, bathrooms, utility room fixtures, sinks and bathtubs. I was dreading it. Angela, the ProSource person that worked with us on these decisions, made it painless. She didn't try to up-sell us. She listened and made suggestions..and explained why she made the suggestions. She was professional and very knowledgeable and competent. My wife and I walked out of that showroom feeling great about the experience. I highly recommend ProSource because of this experience...

We are building a second home in North Carolina and reside in Florida. The best decision we made was to go to Prosource for all of our plumbing needs. We have been working with Angela, and she has been by far the most efficient and nicest person we have worked with throughout this process. She answers my phone calls and emails promptly and never makes me feel as if my questions are bothersome or unnecessary. WOW! Rudest salesman EVER! I called looking for a drop-in bathtub and the guy couldn't be bothered to give me any info on what they had in stock. He gave me the model number and told me to look it up online...so I, did but the aquatic website didn't list soaking depth, or I couldn't find it. I asked him and he said he didn't even know what I was talking about. He said maybe aquatic could send me a spec sheet. Isn't that his job as a salesperson??? What an a**hole!
