They have good bread, pastries and pizza. However, I ordered online 2 loafs of French bread and a gallete paid online went to the store the owner told me his system never received the payment. I showed him my credit card account and it had charged me. I ended up paying 53$ for stale French bread and a gallete. Because the owner insisted he didn't get paid so I went to the store and paid again being the honest person and when I mentioned the stale bread the owner acted like I was trying to get something for free when in fact the bread was hard as a rock!! Not happy customer. He did offer a new French bread but at that point I didn't want anything from him after the way he treated me. Be aware of ordering online!!! I will never...

Walked into a very welcoming atmosphere and nice employees It's a really cute bakery a coffee is fresh and delicious The pastries were very nice staff was very knowledgeable about our products this was our first time here we've been trying to come here for a little while but we work too late to get out on time but we do plan on going back so I would suggest checking the place out. The thin blond woman w/ acne,behind the coffee bar was rude...she ignored me waiting for service at least 2-3mins. No one else was at the counter until three women came up to my right & then she came up, waiting on all 3 women before acknowledging me as a customer.😒 The brunette lady on the bakery side & doing the register was very pleasant & sweet, though. There are many lovely coffee shops in downtown Hendersonville that I've enjoyed often(at least 1-2 times weekly). Unfortunately, this was an unpleasant experience & would not recommend this place unless customer service...
