Buyer beware, if negative stars could be given they would. Based on the appearance of his shop should have turned around and walked out. So not judging book by cover boldly requested 3 cushions (2 sofa, 1chair) to be made thicker with extra fabric I had. He said it would be a month, so waited a few days past a month and called. He said would be ready in another week. Picked them up and he had not reused the down feather wrap as requested, said it was destroyed. This was important, so why didn't he call me?

Quality of finished cushions looked iffy, but I just wanted to get outta there. Put cushions on furniture and what a shock! Too large, could see foam cut under fabric was crooked and dimensions that should be the same were vastly different.

Didn't trust him to fix so took to highly recommended company. Comments from them: Had to recut sofa cushions foam and double wrap with fiberfill. Chair foam had to be replaced because the original foam was so misshapen couldn't use. Foam and fabric were not to shape of the cushions. All foam cushions were pieced and glued together and cut wrong. All fabric wasn't cut straight and cut short on...

I just had a piano bench upholstered. Before, it was just your basic piano bench with a lift-up top. Now, it’s a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture that really enhances the piano. I’m particularly pleased with the quality of Brian’s work and his attention to detail, especially the tight corners of the leather as well as the black fabric that finishes the inside of the bench, something that’s not apparent until you lift the top. Brian took a couple of days longer than he had anticipated, but the wait was well worth it; I couldn’t be more pleased. I brought Jeff and Brian my grandmother's 90 year old beat up chair and ottoman with a broken leg and a chewed up (by dogs) leg that had been further trashed by my niece and nephew and friends who abused it when they lived at my Mom's house. They helped me find the perfect fabric to blend with my new furniture, upgraded the cushions to my needs, fixed the broken leg and sanded and re-stained the wood and brought me a chair and ottoman that look perfect and fit perfectly with the new furniture.
