I purchased some clothes from Talbots, as a gift for my wife. I still have the receipts. Talbots will not swap the clothes for equal value nor refund the money because it has been over 60 days. The tags are still on the clothes. The clothes have never been worn or washed. I would understand the policy if I didn’t have the original receipt and if the tags were missing on the clothes.
