everbowl — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, especially for a one time issue but this keeps happening on most of our visits. We have gone to Everbowls all over the country! Typically we love them! However, Hendersonville is the only location we’ve experienced such inconsistency and skimpy bowls. When you pay $15-20 per bowl you expect the bowls to be full. On this particular visit, one of our bowls was full and one was almost 2 inches down from the top. We’ve communicated to the staff, and we keep hoping they improve but obviously this point of consistency and quality isn’t being trained. Unfortunately it’s not worth the price if you aren’t receiving what you’re paying for. Again, if this had only happened once we would have just blown it off but it happens almost every time...

Sickeningly sweet acai bowl. They must be adding a lot of sugar to the acai base because I haven't had such sweet acai bowl before. It was so sweet that it was like eating syrup. They had all the right toppings listed, so I thought this place would have good acai bowls. We were wrong. Acai bowl is supposed to be somewhat of a "healthy" food/meal, albeit it has a lot of sugar with fruits and glaze on top, hence you don't need the acai base to be too sweet! All the positives of eating the acai is outweighed by eating all the sugar from how they made the acai bowl. Might as well eat a whole bowl of candy. Large sizes we ordered were $18 each. Too expensive for what you get, especially considering the quality...

Ordered two bowls here and was the only costumer in the store and the whole time while waiting for my food, which took forever, I got a bunch of looks from the workers in the store and they would constantly stop working to talk with the other people and chat with them about random things and constantly be laughing while looking at me. I ordered these two bowls to be ready at 2 and when I showed up at 2:10 they haven’t even started my food and they were all just standing around and not doing anything.
