Visited here for the first time tonight for dinner heard a lot of things about it and wanted to try when we walked in the door, The hostess went and sat down people before us and never came back to get us. We waited for a table for almost 15 minutes. Stood there while employees looked right at us and kept going. Finally seated. Ordered drinks. After 10 minutes of waiting for drinks (wine and draft beer)we were told that the bar is backed up and it would take a little while longer. 20 minutes later we are still waiting for drinks, at that point We almost got up and walked out, but as soon as we are about to do so, they came with our drinks and shortly after that we received our food. We wanted to try this place because we heard such good things about the bacon Chicken ranch wrap. The wrap was missing one of the key ingredients-the ranch. Which made it very dry. Normally, I would’ve just asked for a side of ranch and just run with it, but because it took 20 to 30 minutes to get anything we asked for we just gave up and ate it. We had also asked for ketchup when they brought us our meal and by the time we were finished, we still have not received it. We did ask someone walking by if they could point us where we could get ketchup(I was just going to get myself) and her response was “I don’t know I’m only the hostess”. We understand that this is a golf bar, but we did have a golf ball fly by our table. I guess it was hit so hard that it ricocheted.

As a former food service worker, I am always giving grace to service workers because things go wrong, people have bad nights sometimes it’s short staffed, and doing that job is not easy-but this failed on so many levels. We were severely disappointed. I am 100% sure we...

Birdie bros is a great concept, has awesome potential, I also understand they are still working out some kinks, that being said, the experience was mildly satisfactory. 5 adults total only 3 played on the simulator..Woman at the front desk couldn't have been less helpful unless she had us check ourselves in. This was our family's first time into the place and she didn't tell us a price, she turned on the machine, and out time started counting down right away, we had to down load some app log into this system that kept kicking us out randomly. Didn't know how to operate the computer system, how to line up the ball she didn't give us the tees and walked away and never came back. Out first server walked up complaining about being the only one there and how busy she was and how it was ruining her chrismas break. Then she also disappeared, a man then took care of us who told us he was new but he was grea. They were very clear about the kinks and issues they were working out, but that being said our machine glitches so bad that someone had to come reset it and it age up about 20 min of our 2 hour time limit and thed didn't even offer to add that time back on to what we were paying for, and lastly all of us ordered food and pretty much all of it was slightly off from the menu descriptions. We paid for 2 hours of sumulator time (actual play time 80-90 min) for $160.00 plus food and drinks on top of that, our total bill was over $320.00 and and they also didn't tell us they charge quite a bit extra for paying with a credit or debit card. My husband and I, our son and his Girlfriend have been here many times, and it’s always been fun to play the golf simulator, Eat good food, and just relax. When we went a couple nights ago on Saturday May 3rd at 9:30 pm it was decently busy but not packed. We ordered the Barbecue wings, All flats, Two Caesar salads, And the Chicken tacos with everything on them, Two Coke zeros, Two Dr Pepper’s, And four bottles of Michelob ultra lights. The Michelob ultras were buy one get one. Although everything that we did and got, including our Virtual game time (an hour) and $25 club rental Was pretty pricey, However, it’s worth it because there is literally nothing to do for adults anymore Other than maybe the movies or bars and we don’t go to bars. We are too grown for that lol anyways.. I defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a good time, good food and friendly staff. *Side note: Whoever was in charge of the music playing on the night of Saturday May 3rd deserves A hands clap, Because they were playing early 2000s of music instead of all the garage music that most places play today And it was fun Hearing all of the songs that I hadn’t heard after all...
