I went into this cute store today and was greeted by Karis. What a lovely gal- so helpful!!!! In this day and age where customer service not at all the level it should be- it is sooooo refreshing to have been engaged. And with all customers entering the store! Karis was working alone- at times there were 15 or more customers at once. I have worked retail for over 30 years- in all capacities including management. I must say how impressed I was with Karis! She stepped away from the counter- engaged and greeted folks. So great and refreshing to see a young gal who takes her job seriously. Please make sure she sees this review- she deserves a raise also!
