Poor quality jewelry! Horrible customer service. Purchased sterling silver adjustable chain. Five days later the chain broke. It took me weeks and five visits to the shop to speak to the owner. Which was never in the store and her employees were not able to assist me. I finally left the chain there and went back a few days later, where I was finally able to see owner. She was rude and curt. I never got a single apology. She blamed me for breaking the chain and said I had the chain for a long while. Both of which were lies. She boasted and felt proud of herself for going above and beyond for what she considered “fixing” the chain for FREE. It is no longer adjustable, and I do not like the length, the circle for the clasp to attach to is too small. So I cannot even clasp it. The chain is now useless. I asked for a replacement and she said several times, “Why would I, I didn’t break it!!” After seeing her horrible responses to her other under five star reviews, I can only imagine how she will respond to mind.
