This is be best Jewelry store for repairs and jewelry. The are very honest and affordable. Great repair work,family own store. I had repaired at another store in Laura Park. I was y disappointed when I got it back. It looked like then never fixed it. He told I had a diamond missing when I got it back. I stared to look at it and he told me to take it home and see If I wanted to replace it. When I got it home I noticed two of the diamonds were missing. The same exact spot on the top and on the bottom. If your put the ring on you would think you were only missing one. Even the main diamond which was and H/I/VSI which the store in Laura Park agreed with the quality of the stone. Now it is being question about the H/I in my diamond I bout it in because the main diamond came out. The had to send out and I did not get it back for two weeks. Rudi does all repairs at the store. I had to take it to Goldsmith of Rudi for the repairs. The did an excellent Job and less expensive. The even can repair post on earrings. I will never use Jewelry store But Rudi's. They are a family own Jewelry store. They have no problem with me to come just to have my jewelry cleaned. I whish I had know about them before I had taken my ring to the other jewelry store. I am sorry I had to pay twice to have to have the same repair work done but only better, much better. It is amazing the repair work Rudi can do. Went here on a whim on Saturday December 14th with a loose lab-grown diamond to design an upgraded engagement ring with my fiancé . It was extremely busy but the customer service was amazing from the start. Vance helped us pick out the perfect setting for the diamond and we left excited to see the finished ring. I was able to pick up the finished ring today and it is beyond perfect ,exactly how I imagined it. Between the extremely wonderful customer service, the quality, speed, and the price, I will not be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs....

Went to Rudi to get a custom memorial ring made. Jesse did an excellent job at listening to what I wanted, giving suggestions, helping me adjust the cost for my budget, and creating the perfect piece. Jesse was very kind and saw how badly I wanted the ring made; so he made sure to take care of it quickly and had it done so much faster than I expected.
