This location put me in complete disgust with how trifling they were with my curbside order. I got a notification Friday morning at 7:39am that my order was ready. The notification was two items were READY. I get to the store at 6pm that night, they’re taking forever to come outside. A guy comes out and says his co worker misplaced my bottoms. I instantly get mad. He says he can refund me for them. I said “I want refund for the whole order cause I’ve wasted my time and gas for coming here and not getting what I was suppose to, I’ll still take the shirt though.” He says “Okay, I can process the refund.” So I asked for a manager. I asked the manager “Was time taken to see if there were any more bottoms in stock?” He says “Yes, that’s why it took us so long to come out.” So I go on to explain my frustration about my time and drive and how I’ve tried several stores for this order. He gives me a gift card to resolve the issue. I take it and go. I get home, check the gift card it’s only $10. Didn’t like that. I check the shirt in my bag, it’s the men’s shirt instead of the women’s shirt I ordered. I’m mad all over again. This just goes to show that the whole order itself was a lie. Because now not only my time got wasted for 1 of my items but both of them. I can’t do nothing with what I was given. And I know someone will be like well you got a refund for it. That doesn’t matter when Target could’ve told me that they never had what I ordered to begin with. That $10 gift card doesn’t cover my time and gas on that 1hr drive I did nor target lying to me for no good reason. Me and my infant could’ve been home! Make it make sense! If y’all have had my order ready for about 11 hours, how and when could some bottoms be misplaced? From my understanding, when orders get picked they get bagged! If you brought this shirt in a bag the pants would’ve been in there too. So either y’all never had the pants or they were taken out of my order, along with I was given the wrong shirt. Why lie and waste my time and y’all time?! This caused me to return the other two matching sets I bought from a different location a few days before cause now I don’t want me and my family to...
Read moreI physically saw the item in Electronics. I purchased the item while in the actual store, while looking directly at it physically, on my phone just in case, due to being on the fence but I still wanted to have a place holder. The order was confirmed, my money ($615+) was taken, along with my warranty included. I decided to go on ahead and proceed with waiting as I looked around, so I left out for a bit to shop around the shopping center and planned on returning to pick it right up. All of a sudden, my order gets cancelled after about an hour and a half of waiting. I call Target and I’m told that my item was given away to someone else (basically now stolen at this point.) I have no clue at all how my money can be taken out of my account but someone else is able to purchase an already sold item. That’s incredible to me and highly unprofessional of Target to do so for the item is also very limited as well. I feel that a business should NEVER TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY IF THE PURCHASED ITEM CAN BE REBOUGHT FROM ANOTHER STRANGER before the rightful owner gets back to the store…Not only is it highly disrespectful but it also is very damaging to the business reputation of Target as a whole and I find it now highly unreliable of a source to buy anything from ever again, not even groceries from the their website. What made it even worse was the fact that I was not notified about a refund at all. I had to physically call and see what had happened to my money. I’ll be sure to alert as many others as I can about how dangerous this business is to a...
Read moreTonight my son (at 3yrs old) had his first encounter with racism. While checking out at Target in Hendersonville, he noticed a Ninja Turtle shirt sitting in between the two registers. The man checking us out laughed at my son being excited saying "ohhhh I want that mommy!" But the lady (I use that term loosely) by the name Teresa, snatched the shirt and took it to the back! Leaving her customer standing there in aw, the customer even said "I am so sorry" as she rolled her eyes at Teresa the employee. I said "oh, you saw it? I thought it was just me." She said "No!" Walking to the car that same customer asked me did I get her name, and she said "I got you and again I'm sorry." The fact that we were not the same color on the outside, yet she sympathized was amazing. I told her "I'm just glad hes not old enough to understand." She responded, "thats something he should never have to understand." I ended it with "thank you, GOD bless you." I told my baby I loved him, he's the best, and hes so smart. I thought he missed it... but not even an hour later he said "I dont like everybody." As many times as I asked him why he said that (since he's NEVER said anything like this before and anyone who knows him knows he's ALWAYS happy and the life of the party), he couldn't put it into words. My child was affected tonight, as a mother, it's saddening that I can't protect him from cruelty! Some aren't affected,...
