Give this store some time to get their game together. The other night, I went through the drive thru line and was less than impressed. From start to finish, the entire guest experience was lacking leadership direction. By the time I got my food, I was pretty sure the proprietor and all his upper leadership and administrative staff must have gone home for the day. I have worked at CFA and I worked at one that not only did double the amount of business this one does (we had three full non-merge drive through lanes that wrapped around a parking lot and the building too). Our location also held second in the district for production and revenue. Whoever was on the line that night, doing nuggets got this all wrong. (Check your kitchen cameras). I don’t even want to know what happened to this box before it got to me but it definitely looked like it could have been dug out of the trash, sat under the warmer too long (box was wilting and the nuggets were soggy), gloves were too greasy… As you can tell, my drink also came out overflowing so much that I had to put napkins on it first so it didn’t get my car all sticky from the tea. I don’t know but it’s clear your team doesn’t care after you go home. Better yet, it makes me wonder if the leadership team cares either. Is this just a passive income for you? It shouldn’t be. It is very clearly stated in the interview process to become a proprietor that you put in the intentional work to make sure the brand is always being upheld with the highest quality service, and that includes the kitchen. Though they are not guest facing, they are still a huge part of helping to ensure those touchpoints to the guest experience are all positive. I don’t know if this is the same proprietorship that will be putting a new location in Springfield soon, but wow… I...
Read moreThe store was packed and there was minimal parking. The store was pretty dirty from all the patrons, there was not a single clean table but I assume that's due to the volume of patrons. I placed my order and ordered 5 boxes of fries along with the rest of my order. I requested all 5 fries be cooked well done. At no point during my order was it mentioned that the fries could not be cooked well done. When I sat down to eat food the fries were not well done nor were they even hot. They were soft and cool like they had not be cooked fully. I took my tray up to the counter to ask about the fries and explained that the cashier had not even rung the order in correctly. I was then told that they would not cook the fries well done. I explained that the fries were not even fully cooked. I assume they were cooking so many because of how busy they were so their fryer temp was lower so while they were cooking them for the set time because the temp had dropped they weren't actually fully cooked. Well the managers response when I said this was that she would refund them. There was no offer to cook new ones only an offer to refund the fries. I explained had i known they didnt cook fries well done I wouldnt have ordered there and would have left. I requested a full refund and left to go to another chick fil a. Communication could have avoided this problem, further offering to cook the fries or check the fryer temp could have been a reasonable solution. There was not even an apology for the cold undercooked fries only an excuse that the cashier was new. The service was...
Read moreThis location is definitely not up to par with other locations. I ordered a grilled chicken club around 7:34 the day before Thanksgiving holiday. I get home & discover that not only was the wrong cheese put on my sandwich, but they also left off the chicken breast! How do u forget to put the main meat on the sandwich! It only had 2 slices of bacon. So not only could I not eat the sandwich I paid $8.25 for, I also had to wait an entire day before I could bring it back. I show up the next day after the holiday & she promo my meal. And I said wait, im still being charged becuz you didn’t refund me for the sandwich I brought back. This so called mgr tells me that I can only get a refund or a replacement meal. I said it’s not like I just ordered my food a few mins ago in the drive through. y’all was closed the next day & leaving my meat off is a major mistake. I didn’t feel like I was fairly compensated for my inconvenience. I should have been reimbursed my $8.25 & still get the replacement meal.
It’s not enough just to be nice. Making your customers whole after an inconvenience is just as important. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again. She eventually gave me some stupid coupon for some nuggets & said the replacement meal was more. I said Miss it’s only $1 difference, my sandwich costed $8.25 & the meal you handed me was just $9.30! They need a more experienced & mature person in...
