I have been to the store several times when the employees have gone off on other employees. Never once have I seen a manager stick up and tell that employee to stop, leave, or anything to prevent it. I go both days and nights. I have learned that the days are way better. Very nice girls work on the day. Even some nice boys that greet you like they are happy to. There is one girl with dark hair. Need to get her name. She used to be on nights but I noticed her not being there so I asked and she said she switched because of school. She has always been so nice and has made our food or taken our order with a smile and makes conversation with us. She even helped me with a cake once and I asked if she could write on the side of the cake since there was no room on top and she told me she never has but if I'm willing to let her try then she will. I told her she could do it and it came back great! One male on the day is so kind, shorter light colored hair. Made our blizzards without any moaning or complaining. Don't get it made like that on night. On the day shift they talk to you and have smiles. It seems they enjoy their job. I don't see the same on nights. Will only continue going on the days. The food and service is so much better on days than it is on nights. I tell everyone I know to go on days. Management should be proud of how great those employees treat...
Read moreUpdate: I've been back a few times over the last few weeks and the service is much much better than it was. My wife and I get our deserts here more frequently with how pleasant the visits have been lately. Huge improvement from just roughly 1.5+ months ago.
Multiple times now, I've tried to go through the drive thru. Sat in line with a few other people and waited 10 mins without anybody on the speaker answering. At 10pm on the dot they answer the speaker and then tell us that they are closed. Just wanted 2 blizzards that take 2 minutes to make. Either bad management or lazy employees that have done this multiple times. The food is already terrible, the customer service is just as bad. The only thing decent they have is their ice cream. But even working late, trying to get ice cream for my wife and I, it's a gamble of they will stand us up for 10+ minutes to tell us they are closed or if they will get us through the line quickly.
Just a few weeks ago I got to the speaker 2 minutes before close and they ended up getting 3 people through the line in 4 minutes. That was great!
But it seems like more and more frequently, they just leave people at the speaker for a while and then answer the speaker to tell everyone...
Read moreWorst experience here. Walked in and there were 3 workers working in a very dirty kitchen, ice cream and condiments everywhere. Stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before I asked them if they are scared to talk to me and they couldn't figure out how to work the computers and find my order. One worker kept saying how busy they were but it was quite hard to believe how busy as I was literally the only customer being "served". They gave me my drinks but then had to wait an extra 20 minutes of them just messing around not making my order. After getting my order and the workers clearly being mad that I was visibly upset about not getting my order after waiting so long, once I get home every order is completely wrong. I hope those 3 workers that saw me read this review and reconsider their priorities. I cannot believe this location is still in business and management needs to reconsider their awful hiring process. This restaurant is a joke and I hope it goes away soon. Thank God chic-fil-a is beside you guys making you guys look like absolute morons....
