Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. We came in and put our order in on the kiosk since no one would help us or even look up at the front counter. We waited 30 minutes for our food when there was 2 other people in the store and maybe 2 cars in line. We got our order finally and walked out to the truck and checked it. We haven’t had a hot meal in days since the tornado. Everything was wrong. So I was like maybe the receipt is wrong and we typed something wrong but we didn’t. So one of the guys (which looked like the manager) asked for the name and said he would look it up and remake the order for us. Great. He went back to work and came back up 15 MINUTES later to get our order printed off to make. After waiting so long I thought surely it’s not messed up again and we walked out to the truck and 2 of the 3 substitution items was wrong again! I was like how is this even real, just read the receipt and make what it says?! So I bring the hard copy receipt in and said look man this is still wrong and he said really? Noooooo I just wanted to be in this Taco Bell for an hour and miss Christmas for kids over this…. YEAH IT WAS WRONG. He said but what was wrong. So I put the hard copy down on the counter and said this is a so and so taco, it comes with this originally and I added this and subbed this and I did the same thing for the other item. And he said and it’s wrong?! I literally barely opened the food and said this clearly has meat…. Pointed to the receipt “no ground beef.” Opened the other item a Doritos locos taco supreme….. this is literally just beans and nacho cheese… supreme gets lettuce tomato and shredded cheese and I just added nacho cheese, it was an extra charge…. Ohhhh okay ill make them again for you. YALL IT WAS STILL WRONG. And why i didn’t just ask for my money back? Because no one would stay at the counter long enough to even listen to what the order was suppose to be or how to fix it! Freakin terrible. Never again will we go there. Unbelievable. And I thought constructive was hard as I’m the only woman worker in the field where I work. Sheeeesh. I hope y’all aren’t making much because that’s ridiculous. I paid almost 5 dollars for a freakin taco that was still made wrong after 3 times, a hard copy receipt and an hour wait....
Read moreWill NEVER order at another Taco Bell dining room menu kiosk and will never come back to this Glenbrook location again. We placed an order tonight on the kiosk and waited, and waited for our food. Other customers came in after us - and started receiving their orders. A girl that came in off-duty for dinner (she apparently works here) told the kitchen crew that we had been waiting a long time. We were asked for the name on our order, and were then told that they didn't have any order under our name. No apology for the error in your system - no offer to fix the situation or make things right, we were just looked at like we were stupid for placing an order in your store. We walked out. We had already waited for 20+ minutes for nothing. Your workers have no clue what customer service means and certainly have no idea how to correctly handle customer issues when they arise. Customer retention means nothing to them. To you (owner/mgmt.), this should mean EVERYTHING. They are too busy with their faces looking at orders on screens, and tossing together tacos to take a second, and care anything about what is happening with customers that are right in front of them. They should have taken the initiative to check on our order when they saw that we had been waiting for that long. They didn't care. On another note, we watched one male member of your crew preparing food with his ponytail pulled through the back of his hat - and so much hair hanging down in front of his face as he made food, that it was disgusting. I'm sure that an inspector from Sumner County Health Dept. would not approve. You need to clean house, get rid of those kiosks that don't work, and get your store's act together. This isn't the first time we've had an issue like this at this location, but it will be the last. We will drive farther away from home and go to Indian Lake's Taco Bell before we ever come back to this one. We were so excited when Glenbrook was getting a TB. What a complete...
Read moreDon't use the app with this location. They pay no attention to modifications you make on the orders and PAY FOR and just turn out room temperature incorrect menu items. Got food for my friends and I and nothing was supposed to have ground beef, all modified either to chicken or beans and all 5 items had ground beef. Also, thanks for no utensil to eat the loaded potatoes with, real cheap.
Update: Literally do not waste your time by coming here. First off, I had to pay for a meal twice due to a "glitch" in the app but somehow both payments got processed and only one order was made. Then they can't even make the food right when there were only 2 cars in line! They're were 4 small slivers of steak on my chalupa which you have to pay extra for in the first place, no sauce, and the burrito that was simple was way off base and lukewarm. The managers excuse is that they sometimes get busy. That's life, do your incredibly simple job right or you'll stop being busy.
This location was good but I guess they changed their staff. They gave me the wrong drink and didn't put on any of the sauces I paid extra for like the chipotle sauce or sour cream. Also the chalupa shell is stale...
