Probably was premiere back in the day, but not now. A struggle to get help, nor are they interested in asking you . Had 2 lamps that were online as in stock. Went there and had to ask for help, and the salesperson went to look and explained everything was still in the box and was unable to go through them to see. She asked me to come back on Monday. Got there Monday stood next to the lamps I wanted for well over 20 minutes, and I felt like I was sightseeing. Never not one time was there anyone asking to assist me. Went to the front where 2 women standing talking at the crash registers and the lady that told me she was not able to go the the boxes just 2 days before. She struggled to remember even after I explained she showed me her chaotic room holding the boxes. The ladies at the desk asked me a bunch of questions after I explained I was there for 2 lamps that were in stock. I was frustrated, and the lady said she was just making sure how I was buying it and that people buy all sorts of ways. All I needed was those lamps, and I only know that I will pay for it before leaving the building. The response should have been ,let me get those lamps . I was the only shopper in the building at this time on Monday. The lady from the Saturday meeting had an ah haa moment and remembered who I was. I imagine because it became uncomfortable for me. She went to the back and guess what they don't have it. I said Saturday you said you had it and now you don't. I drove 45 mins to get these as she suggested being they didn't wanna check those boxes on Saturday. I showed her the screen on my phone that it was available. She said well if we have just one on the floor it will still say that. I just left and wondered if people enjoy getting service like that . I won't be...
