I've had great experiences at this particular location with the workers and manager. Some workers are more talkative while others look like they're just there to work, a mix. Seems fairly typical to me.
But 5 stars overall for the experience of interacting with them while I'm there. They're nice and accommodating, and when a tree fell on my car in the parking lot they were super helpful and nice. Jenn the manager and Sarah in particular were awesome. The others are fun to chat with.
Starbucks food in general is ok, nothing super good but fine. It's the same at this location.
Latte and other drink prices I think are expensive, and too sugary. I've been getting regular coffees lately.
Compared to the locations I went to in California, my favorite drink- the Chocolate cream cold brew- is not quite as good at this location. Oh well, quality of drinks from location to location do vary.
The atmosphere is good, i think the music and people talking at this location is a bit above average loudness, sometimes a bit distracting but not a big deal, I usually wear headphones that cancel it out...
Read moreThis Starbucks has some of the nicest baristas in the business!! I have been to many Starbucks and the service of the staff and speed of service makes this one of the best places to visit. The staff is always upbeat and positive!! The barista was so friendly and nice. She seemed upbeat and extremely happy to be there serving customers!! She had the one of the best attitudes I have encountered at a drive-thru in a long time!! In a time when the world needs more positivity and happiness, she is doing her part to spread that around. Her tone and complete attitude was fantastic!! I was extremely impressed by her positive attitude!! It made a difference in my day and I am sure other customers as well!! Please let her know she is doing a fantastic job!! I don't normally leave reviews unless there is a problem but they way she interacted with me she should be applauded...

We placed an online order, while we were in the drive thru. We wanted to let them know we were there. We weren’t in any rush. We got to the intercom and let them know we were there.
The lady was telling us it was going to be a minute. We were about to say we were willing to wait when what sounded like another (very snappy individual) said we need to “give them more time next time.” They cut us off before we had the chance to apologize and say THERE WAS NO RUSH.
All i have to say is, please don’t be so rude to people. I worked in food service as a manager for years and letting your anger out on your customers is just plain rude. In the end it doesn’t make you feel any better and it ends up hurting you in the long run. Please, fix...
