The Kroger pharmacy at Glenbrook Hendersonville, TN is incompetent. I called the pharmacy 4 days ago concerning having some prescriptions delivered through ScripDrop to my home. I had already talked to the customer service person at Scripdrop who told me Kroger is signed up with them. I paid the delivery fee which was confirmed by text. I called the Kroger pharmacy and the one person working had no idea how to accept the payment for the rx. I called back multiple time over 3 days and found out there was an out of state floater pharmacist there who did not know anything about how to do it. He told me there was nothing he could do. I am out 4 days getting my blood pressure medication. I am on oxygen and can't come into to store. The Glenbrook location shut down the drive through. I was told by another Kroger location that the entire pharmacy staff walked out and they only have 2 people working who don't usually work there. I finally got the prescriptions transferred to another Kroger pharmacy after huge ordeal to get it done. Is Kroger going out of business and/or having issues maintaining it's departments? I hate to have to change up the pharmacy but I don't have the ability to deal with that companies internal affairs and inability to provide advertised services. The attitudes from Kroger employees is clearly one of no responsibility. They will flat out tell you they are not responsible and can't help you. I will go to Publix...
Read moreNormally the staff at this location is very considerate. However, after purchasing 2 money orders last night (which the customer service rep rang up wrong the first time), as soon as I turned to walk away I heard "SHE WAS NEEDY" spoken from one customer service rep to the other. I don't care how busy you are, have been, or will be; when you accept ANY position in CUSTOMER SERVICE, the ONE thing you should understand is HOW to SERVICE CUSTOMERS! I do not know if the rep was speaking about me or someone else, but it doesn't matter. If that's how you talk about and treat your customers, then I will GLADLY purchase items elsewhere. I have been in customer service for at minimum 25 years, so I understand the "stories" shared between coworkers. Just a little advice....NEVER WITHIN EARSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER! You never know what someone has gone through by the time they get to you! I had just gotten off work, preparing to move the next day, going on very little sleep, and speaking to a family member in Texas. I did put the phone down out of respect during the transaction. I initially thought the young girl was helpful, but once I heard that comment it changed my mind about this location at GLENBROOK WAY in HENDERSONVILLE, TN. Again, how about your "CUSTOMER SERVICE" reps LEARN how to...
