Our June wedding flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! Terraflora took the examples I sent them and made everything happen just how I wanted it! I even got to go in when they were putting the florals together the morning of the wedding and get a sneak peek of how they were created which was really cool! My bridesmaids' bouquets got very wilty during pictures due to it being a hot day and couldn't be revived, so they graciously offered to come back to the venue and redid all 5 bouquets before the ceremony with no charge! I was blown away by this. In person, they were wonderful to work with. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because, as others have said, they are sometimes very difficult to get ahold of via email/phone. There was more than one occasion where I had to send multiple emails in a row and/or wait for weeks at a time to get an email response. If there is one area they could improve, that would be it. I came here today for the first time to get flowers for my son's homecoming. I went to the cooler where the flowers were marked for sale.. There was only crosage in there i picked it up to look at it and a blonde lady working walked straight up to me and ripped it out of my hands and said thats sold. I didnt want this one anyway was just simply looking.. I have never had anyone rip something out of my hands. She could have handled it differently when I tried to explain to her what I wanted she talked to me like I was dumb.. We had Terraflora do all the flowers for my daughters wedding last weekend. She is my only daughter, so I ordered many flowers and wanted it all to look great. We had flowers along the walkway where I walked my daughter down, around the ceremony area, in the cocktail hour area and in the reception area and they were all GREAT!!! I was so pleased with all the work they did and everything matched just perfectly!! I would definitely use Terraflora again as well as recommend them to anyone else who needs a true professional to do flowers for them....
