Michaels Custom Framing — Local services in Hialeah

Crystal was unprofessional to my husband and I, completely standoff-ish when we asked for her assistance on a frame that was being sold for $60 (final sale).We were at this Michael’s a previous day and were told by an employee that we could bring our print to see if it fits the frame.

We went today and Crystal (the lady with purple hair) said that we can take the frame home and see if it fits (even though the frame is final sale and we cannot return it 🙄) or we have to wait until 1:30PM ( it was 12pm when we went to the store) to wait for custom frame employee to come in and put the print on the frame for us. We can literally do that ourselves there and just pay for the frame and leave content however we were not given that option and it seem like Crystal didn’t want to make the sale or to calm the situation. Her attitude wasn’t pleasant, we felt scolded in front of customers and it looked like she just wanted us to leave.

When to Michael’s in Hialeah 49 St. Sunday December 15 around 7:00 pm. I didn’t go beyond first floor. I was trying to find Potpourri 2 young girls in the floor instead of helping were laughing at me because I didn’t remember the name of the stuff and I mispronounce it.
