Usually I get great service but today,sadly, they fell very short. I dropped off my laptop for a tune-up and a fan replacement and the gentleman at the counter was great as always. Than a hour later someone from geek squad called very rudly asking for my husband and wouldn't talk to me until I informed him it was my computer and I will be making the decisions. He rudely informed me I needed a new battery and to drive back to the store to get the info to order one. I told him to give me the info over the phone and I will order one, but he said he doubted I would order the right one but gave me the info and I ordered it without a problem. I don't know if he was very rude to me because I'm a woman or if he just has poor customer service skills. I tried to contact the store about my experience 6 times but no one would pick...
