Update almost a year later- how on earth is this location still making money?!? EVERY TIME, and Iām not exaggerating, half the shelves are empty in every section. I legitimately cannot fathom how to store stays in business when they are so inconsistently stocked. And I get that sometimes you have items coming in that you need to stock, but this is all the time. Just barely any options and barely anything that looks appealing or fresh. I get so frustrated when I go to this location because I know theyāre never gonna have anything that I would normally get and itās incredibly disappointing because the standard here is so low compared to other locations. Iāve asked about this too, and the employees have no clue whatās going on so I would love to actually hear from a manager or anyone who understands why this store is so poorly stocked.
Original review- This is probably their worst location in the metroplex. If you want anything fresh from the hot bar, you have to get there precisely at 5:30. Anything past like 7:00 and nope. Either itās out or crusty. The prepared cold food is out of stock all the time (like zero consistency on shelves being full). Itās like youāre scraping the bare-bones of what they have. I live close to this location but have just stopped going because Sprouts is better and Iāll even drive to Central Market in Plano or Southlake over going here because itās just that disappointing.
I also know that Iāve reviewed this location before and yet all the sudden, the reviews were wiped and there are barely any here which is odd. I made me initial review like two years ago and the store still has the same problems so it doesnāt seem like theyāre doing much of anything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt seems that my five-year relationship with this store has come to an unfortunate end. This evening, I visited the store to purchase some ham for my lunch. I arrived around 6:10 and placed my order in what was a completely empty store.
At first, I didnāt think much of the wait, but as time went on, it became clear that my order was not being prioritized. The employee who took my order seemed to be preoccupied with preparing other things that were not for customers in the store. Despite the lack of any rush or other patrons, I was made to wait for nearly ten minutes.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of acknowledgment or explanation. When I asked about my order, the employee brushed off my inquiry with no apology or effort to expedite the process. This made me feel completely unappreciated as a customer.
As someone who has been loyal to this store for five years, Iāve always appreciated the quality and usually great service. However, this experience was incredibly disappointing and left me questioning whether I should continue coming here.
I hope the management takes note of situations like this, as neglecting even one customerāespecially in an empty storeāis not how you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been driving nearly 40 minutes every week to this store because of their amazing gluten free selection. I love all of the options available and will happily drive across the toll bridge and pay extra for high quality food, however, today I went to the store looking for blackberries. Nearly all of the blackberries out had mold on them so I saw a box with no mold and bought it, only to find mold on the inside of them when I got home. I called the store, only to be laughed at by the customer service representative when I asked if I had to come to the store for the refund. To be selling moldy produce is one thing, I could understand that, but to laugh at your customers over the phone while theyāre frustrated they arenāt getting their moneys worth? Whole Foods is not a cheap store. If you want your prices to make sense then up your quality and treat your customers with...
